CST is a full service facility. We can take a CNC cut or EDM mold finish and process it to the appropriate polished or textured surface. Our welding and spotting capabilities allow us to provide a more comprehensive repair service. With journeyman mold makers on staff, disassembly and reassembly of molds is not a problem. CST provides emergency repairs and "next flight out" on-site service. We are a full-service facility, from CNC cut-finish to completed finish, all under one roof.
grainVue is a cost-effective way to view a textured part before your tool is grained. With grainVue, Complete Surface Technologies can texture nearly any material used in manufacturing prototype parts, from SLA / SLS parts to REN models and many other other materials.
